Welcome to Food Freedom, a 6 week group coaching session that helps you to explore your relationship with food and what this relationship would ideally look like. Group coaching is a great way to work through common issues in a confidential small group setting. In this group we explore one topic a week. The weekly topics for this group are entitled Vision and Goal Setting, Habit Formation and Reversal, Let’s Talk About Sugar, Those Crazy Emotions, Mindful Eating, and Celebration.
